JOB OUTCOME:Proactive and collaborative communications leader who will develop, lead and implement the organisation's marketing, PR, SN and media strategis driving forward an understanding of the work on the respective market and create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Remit the brand vision through the full spectrum of marketing initiatives across all channels through the coordination and management of the team and its resources
- Develop strategic marketing, PR, SN and media strategies and plans including press positioning, messaging, media relations strategies, creative collaboration strategies, fresh pitch ideas, and high-impact buzz marketing programs and events for the respective market
- Proactive cooperation with with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the development and implementation of a strong strategies
- Collaborate with Business Development team and counterparts to ensure 360 integrated campaigns for FOREO and partners and in defining overall market and channel strategies
- In charge of overseeing all internal and external communications for the market, ensuring its messaging is consistent and engaging
- Managing marketing communications campaigns, making sure all teams are aligned
- Responsible for effective budgets management for marketing communications campaigns
- Responsible for received content alignment, but also to create and shape communication topics for the respective market
- Oversee local social media accounts management and stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Oversee and maintain all internal tracking and reporting matrices that form the basis for cost, productivity and efficiency analysis
- Responsible for managing the local market communications teams
- Oversee and manage all projects affecting marketing, PR, SN and media activities on the respective market
- Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet business unit productivity and quality goals
- Supervise and provide leadership to build and maintain a strong team through effective communications, recruiting, training, coaching, counseling, appraising and rewarding
- Track employee performance, recruit and oversee personnel to ensure adequate staffing, positive employee morale, and to meet expected productivity standards
- Explore and offer team development and activities including workshops, education, trainings, knowledge sharing, team buildings inline with General Manager
- All other activities according to Supervisor request in behalf of job position requirements

Profile

:
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- Wide knowledge in Digital Marketing
- Minimum 8 years of experience
- Excellent managerial, professional and soft skills,
- Excellent organisational and communication skills,
- Excellent in english in writing and speaking
