Our client is a Leading Global Fashion Design House known for its beautiful creations in Haute Couture, loved and worn by Celebrities and Royalty alike.
The Haute Couture Sales Director will be based in London and will work closely with Creative Director and Brand Director as well as Sales teams based in Paris and Milan in maintaining and develop new and existing relationships with high profile clientele. Monitoring all Haute Couture sales based on client requests.
•Managing start to end sales processes with external and internal departments.
•To manage communication between the Atelier and all high-profile clients and VIP's
•Preparing for all client appointments, understanding client requirements and preparing correct looks to present at appointments
•Liaise daily with operations, creative and technical teams to best support client requests
•Monitor monthly sales
•Ensure all client information is updated with potential and existing client details, regularly updating the client database, pipeline and sales
•Managing and overseeing all couture samples
- Must have a background in Haute Couture Sales or high end Luxury goods.
- Experience working with high profile clientele, VIP's & Celebrities
- Organised with high attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight timelines
- Previous experience in coordinating a team.
- Understand couture to best advise clients
- Knowledge of luxury fabrics and garment construction an advantage
- Availability to travel to meet client’s needs
- Fluency in English a must and other languages can be an advantage.
