Overview
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the Global Head of IT Infrastructure leads the IT infrastructure team, delivering and ensuring technologies include Hardware, Network, Tech Software and Services are efficiently, productively and securely used by our global community.
Leading a global team of 6, you will evaluate and implement the right and new systems and infrastructures in line with the business evolution.
This position can be based in London or Milan.
Your Talent:

Confident communication, presentation and influencing skills at a senior level
Demonstratable experience of conducting technology research and analysis
Management experience and
Cultural awareness and ideally experience working as part of an international team
Solid experience in HW fleet management and obsolescence cycles
Good knowledge on network operations and security impacts
Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure and O365 platforms
Fluent in English and Italian

Job description

Your Mission:

  • Develop the technological infrastructure strategy for Stella McCartney, ensuring alignment with the overall business agenda
  • Elevate the employee experience whilst strengthening our technical and security foundations
  • Support the business departments in using technology profitably
  • Build stakeholder partnerships to understand and anticipate business needs and identify solutions to achieve strategic priorities
  • Lead and develop a high performing team of IT Managers and Tech Support, ensuring global activation and supervision of system infrastructure, acting as escalation where necessary
  • Build quality assurance and data protection processes, ensuring adaptation as the business evolves
  • Discover and implement new technologies that bring the competitive advantage
  • Collaboration with the IS&T Security Manager to address and operatively implement any security actions
  • Coordination and supervisory of Technology service providers and consultants
  • Collaboration with the LVMH Technology Community and IT procurement, to align technology guidelines and minimise operational service costs
