Global Account Manager
We are seeking a Global Account Manager to join, a leading British lifestyle brand specializing in home fragrance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts globally, including major retailers, independent stockists, and distributors.
This role will involve developing joint business plans, sales support, visual merchandising, training, and promotional activities.
Responsibilities:
Identify and open new potential accounts and exploit new business opportunities.
Manage strategies and joint business plans to achieve targets and goals.
Meet retailers and distributors regularly.
Promote new products to customers.
Provide weekly feedback on visits/meetings.
Arrange regular training and promotions with stockists.
Develop and build good customer relations with all accounts and sales staff.
Conduct regular business reviews with customers as agreed with the Managing Director.
Responsible for all associated administration - account and brand specific.
Attend all trade shows the company participates in.
Skills
Excellent relationship building skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain focused under pressure.
Excellent time management.
