Job description

PURPOSE OF ROLE

As the Quality & Technical Manager at Aesop, this role is responsible for managing Quality and Technical aspects of the EU manufacturing and release functions. The Quality & Technical Manager will assist in supporting and driving processes and improvements for all production related activities, ensuring company standards are met. The position will assist in maintaining and enhancing QMS, procedures and protocols within the EU Quality and Technical space.

Profile

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Relevant experience working across both quality and technical manufacturing and release

  • Knowledge of quality and technical protocols within a comparable product portfolio is beneficial

  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills are required

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Able to utilise and improve a QMS, procedures and protocols

  • Great collaborator and relationship builder, able to communicate with stakeholders across the business

  • Willingness to travel to our European manufacturing sites
