Job description

JOB MISSION To analyse and create relevant reporting to support the business to drive online sales across all channels in order to deliver brand Online targets and KPIs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Define, deliver necessary weekly/monthly/Ad-hoc reports across all Online channels to support achievement of set retail targets. including: Brand Site Traffic analysis, Onsite Conversion detail, red-routes data, 3PP data. Provide weekly/monthly/ad-hoc recommendations for all Online Channels & CE Team based on multiple data sources such as: Google Analytics & Similar Web in addition to in-house data sources (BI, CRM Dashboards) Provide relevant data insights to support the Total Online strategic vision including Innovation Roadmap and the overall Brand Site future evolution (Project Lion) Data, insights and Analysis Take ownership of building analysis around the Consumer Journey across all Online Channels, building reporting and executive summaries/ recommendations to ensure we are maximising at every touchpoint. Be the expert across all data points including external (GA/Similar Web) and internal reporting tools Capable of communicating concise recommendations based on extensive data and identifying the key commercial opportunities to drive the Total Online Business. Communication Work closely with the Online and wider Digital Team regularly on continual optimisations on and off-sites. Partner with Online COE Web Analytics Team on Regional Analysis with a brand-specific lens to gain insight and share learnings.
