Job description

Aimé has had a retail store in Notting Hill for 20 years and launched our online store early in 2020. We aim to translate the product edit and customer care we provide in the store to our new online channel and are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a hands-on approach.

Aimé is seeking a highly organised and passionate individual to provide outstanding customer service and assist the E-Commerce team on a day to day operations. 
You will be working closely with the digital store manager to ensure that our customers enjoy a seamless, on-brand experience.

This is an extremely attractive role for a candidate who is passionate about e-commerce and fashion with an interest to join a fast-growing business and dynamic team.

The role:

Provide outstanding assistance to customer enquiries such as; advising customers via phone or email on products and fit questions, general order enquiries and issue resolution. 

Order fulfilment (picking, packing and housekeeping) 
Process order refunds and liaise effectively with management. 

Act as the main point of contact with couriers to resolve delivery issues

Organise and supervise stockroom to make sure inventory is kept tidy and effectively managed; ensure regular stock takes are conducted to verify accuracy in the system.

Processing stock deliveries

Provide assistance on online product merchandising

Profile

  • Experience in delivering first-class customer service, verbally and in writing 
  • Previous experience in e-commerce and stock management
  • Proven self-starter and capable of working independently 
  • Exceptional communication skills 
  • Outstanding command of the English language, spoken and written.
  • Passionate and driven individual, keen to work and contribute to the team
  • Excellent use of Photoshop is desirable 
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office 


A genuine interest in and knowledge in the following are essential:
  • Strong interest in fashion and retail
  • Passion for digital channels

 

Specific needs

Knowledge of order fulfilment systems and Shopify.
