Job description

In this new Role created to support the growth of the European Levi.com business and activities, you will act as the Project Manager, working with the eCommerce Team, and supporting functions to support short, medium and long-term initiatives that drive the growth of the channel.
This team drives the performance of the website through two paths; technical enhancements and cross-functional initiatives including trading. This person will support the projects surrounding both tracks, being accountable for the overall performance. This person will act as the end to end co-ordinator for many projects within these tracks, very closely communicating with the stakeholders and tracking timing, budgets, and external partners.
We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, who can automate processes and drive efficiencies between the cross-functional partners within this matrix organisation and maintains critical communications. Working with many stakeholders within marketing, merchandising, planning, product management and external parties, this person will exercise planning and strategic skills to ensure best in class site experience. A natural problem solver, you will help bring the right people together with a hands-on approach. This person will be able to define consumer needs and opportunities, build business cases bringing a consumer centric approach and understanding of the business model end to end.
End-to-End Project Management Cross-Functionally:
Manage projects end-to-end that don't touch day to day trading end to end and drives LSE Tests
- Manage resources coming from external parties, budgets and forecasting (E.g. Local tests including external vendors, local marketing teams, global IT support)
- Managing Projects, Timelines and Communication Cross-Functionally.
- Help Site Merchandising and Web Operations Team with Cross-Cluster Co-Ordination of peak trading activities (E.g. Sale planning, New Product Launches, Cyber Week Initiatives)
- Support the Front-End team with housekeeping and efficiencies in processes and tools optimisation.Supports Innovation & Optimisation Specialist on Medium - Long Term Global Projects and Roadmap Planning:
- Contributes and co-ordinates the eCommerce Roadmap items that cover extended territory to the Front-End Enhancement Tracks, gathering requirements, forming business cases and influencing stakeholders.
- Manage the Reviews Platform and relationship with Vendor looking for opportunities to drive conversion
- Manage the Online Customisation Platform including the relationship with the Vendor, budgeting, and IT integration.
- Oversees UAT and Integration Projects for the Region (E.g. Project Information Management Tool, Global Processes and new WoW, Workshops for new Enhancement Requirement Gathering)Acts as a Key Support to Front End Lead in Ad-Hoc Organisational Activities
- Oversees activities and Projects across the full team of the Web Operations, Site Merchandising, Innovation and Analyst to provide structure and clarity on timelines, goals, blockers.Leads Front-End Team's activity and acts as a People Manager:
- Oversees Web Ops team, Business Analyst, Site Innovation Specialist in activities, timelines and road blockers and holds regular check ins with the teams.
- Brings efficiencies of processes, communications and co-ordination across the full team

Profile

University Undergraduate Degree preferred (ideally in the field of analysis, business, research methods, economics, marketing, statistics, etc.). Masters in similar areas preferred. Courses in Project Management
Experience:
5+ years' experience in a role managing projects, budgets, and working with cross-functional stakeholders towards a shared goal. Experience within eCommerce preferred.
Technical knowledge:
Essential: Advanced excel knowledge, Competent in Data Visualisation tools (Eg. Tableau, Power BI)
Preferred: Understanding Web Analytic Tools (E.g Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture).
Other competencies:
Excellent Communication Skills, Strategically minded, Analytical, Works well in a Team, Natural Leader, Organised and meticulous, Works well under pressure and a Natural Problem Solver, interest in the eCommerce and fashion industry. Experience working in agile tracks (E.g. Scrums). Experience working in a matrix management environment with multiple stakeholders.
