Job description

To define, develop and deliver an ecommerce strategy aligned with the brands key business objectives in terms of brand communication, sales and margin targets. To manage and drive the online business through the full ecommerce process ensuring the customer experience is of a quality in keeping with the brands other touch points.

To manage and market our websites to achieve accelerated growth by managing the back and front end of the websites, whilst driving traffic to the sites and ensuring a great customer experience

Develop sales and marketing strategy to achieve and exceed sales and margin targets
Manage all digital marketing activity
Social Media Marketing
Grow and develop the consumer database ensuring the quality is maintained
Co-ordinate all photography and imagery for the site
Manage all website content, including copywriting
Manage the day to day running of the websites
Liaise with 3rd party developers to troubleshoot and further develop the site enhancing the customer journey including a re-platforming
Sales Analysis and reporting to provide overview and evaluate ROI


Minimum 4 years’ experience in online/ecommerce
Experience in the luxury clothing retail sector
Passion for menswear
Proven track record in managing Ecommerce marketing channels
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Strong analytical skills
Creativity and innovative thinking to drive accelerated growth of the business
Result orientated
Good knowledge of Magento platform
