Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Logistics intern to support our team in maximising the efficiency of our operations, giving our clients the very best customer experience and supporting our volume growth. We are seeking applicants who have an excellent telephone manner and understand the importance of customer service and coordination.  As part of our eCommerce team, you'll be joining us on a 3 month fixed term contract, you will play an integral part in operations initiatives, our online customer journey and managing queries and projects from across the business.

Profile

Tasks & Responsibilities
 
  • Processing customer orders as efficiently as possible,       ensuring accuracy at all times.
  • Document a complete physical stock count monthly.
  • Updating stock and inventory across all platforms.
  • Assist with the management of stock transfers.
  • Assist with customer service enquiries.
  • Coordinating all in-house posting and actioning                 deliveries to ensure the smooth running of the                   company between all team members.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the desk undertaking       any other ad-hoc duties.
  • To take responsibility for your performance and to             work to achieve our organizational goals.

Qualifications
 
  • Recent graduate with a desire to develop commercial       experience in an Ecommerce Operations role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to use spread sheets.
  • Very well organized and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Microsoft Office skills.
  • Enthusiasm to learn all aspects of the ecommerce             trade lifecycle.
