Job description

Aimé has had a retail store on Ledbury Road in Notting Hill for 20 years and has recently launched an e-commerce site. It is an exciting time for us and we are looking for a candidate who can help us to write this new chapter for our business. We aim to translate the product edit and customer care we provide in the store to our online channel and are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a hands-on approach. You will be working closely with the digital store manager to ensure that our customers enjoy a seamless, on-brand experience.



Reporting and analysing website performance
Analysing stock availability
Assisting in inventory management, product uploads and SEO optimisation
Analysing CRM data in order to suggest campaigns and improvements
Community management (Instagram and Facebook)
Assisting in day to day order fulfilment (picking, packing and housekeeping) and handling returns
Processing stock deliveries
Answering customer queries, resolve issues and complaints through email, phone and social media

The ideal candidate will have:
A self-starting and quick to learn attitude
Skills to organise and prioritise
High attention to detail
Great communication skills

Genuine interest in and knowledge in the following are essential:
Excellent knowledge of order fulfilment systems and Shopify
Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel
Strong interest for fashion and retail
Passion for digital channels
