Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a fast growing luxury handbag brand. The candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day website activities, online trading and stock monitoring. The role also expands to digital marketing channels in support of the E-Commerce manager which the candidate will report to.

Website Management:
-Contribute, enable and disable products in the website back-office
-Bimonthly or weekly homepage update
-Manage daily visual merchandising on all product listing pages
-Import or update product prices
-Create promotions, lookbooks, diary posts, blogs, etc.
-Manage the relationship with development agency: report bugs, deliver the roadmap
-Monitor stock and liaise with the warehouse
-Benchmark competitors and highlight best practices

E-Commerce photoshoots coordination:
-Coordinate logistics: order products from the warehouse and liaise with the shooting agency
-Create detailed briefs: number of images, views, resolution etc.
-Coordinate with in-house graphic designers

Digital Marketing Support:
-Paid social and paid search ads monitoring
-CRM: support the E-Commerce manager when needed and create reports
-Affiliate marketing: look after publishers and commissions

What you will learn:
-How to operate an online E-Commerce business
-How to manage a website daily to generate traffic, enhance conversion and customer experience
-How to work with multiple stakeholders and agencies


The ideal candidate
• Third year university or business school student with a previous internship experience ideally in E-commerce or Digital Marketing
• Good analytical skills
• Understanding of the digital ecosystem
• Great attention to details
• Strong team player and positive can-do attitude
• Ideally full time but part time to be considered
