We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce and Digital Marketing Manager to join our home and beauty brand.
This role is pivotal in driving our digital presence and sales growth through effective e-commerce management and digital marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our online store, email marketing, newsletters, managing external agencies, coordinating campaigns, and handling product uploads and copywriting.
Responsibilities:
Regularly update and upload new products, images, descriptions, and prices.
Analyze sales data, traffic, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Digital Marketing and Campaign Coordination:
Coordinate with creative, content, and external agencies to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand strategy and objectives.
Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring timely and engaging campaign execution.
Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize for ROI.
Email Marketing and Newsletters:
Develop and implement a robust email marketing strategy to increase customer retention, engagement, and sales.
Create compelling newsletters and promotional emails, including copywriting, design coordination, and segmentation.
Track email performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Agency Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for digital marketing agencies and partners, ensuring deliverables meet brand standards and KPIs.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors.
Collaborate with agencies to develop creative assets, content, and strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.
Content and Copywriting:
Create and manage product descriptions, website copy, and other marketing materials that align with the brand voice and SEO best practices.
Ensure all digital content is optimized for search engines and reflects the brand's tone, style, and messaging.
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Ideal Candidate
3+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, preferably in the health and beauty industry.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Excellent copywriting, content creation, and editing skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Highly analytical with experience in data-driven decision-making.
