Digital Marketing Executive - Travel Retail Emea (Based London)

We are currently recruiting for the position of Digital and E-Commerce Executive, Travel Retail (Europe, Middle-East and Africa). The position is based in London (mix of working in the office and working from home) and will report into the Digital and E-Commerce Manager.
This position sits within the Integrated Marketing Team (currently a team of 6). You will support and implement 360° media campaigns across Estée Lauder Companies brands (inc. MAC, Jo Malone London, La Mer, Clinique etc.) targeting the travelling consumer. In addition, you will be responsible for driving e-Commerce sales across a selection of retail partners within the region.
Digital Media: You will support all elements of digital media campaigns, from briefing to execution to reporting. This will require robust presentation and analytical skills, as you will present pitches and reports to key stakeholders within the business. Tasks include the following:
Working with brand teams to solidify campaign briefs to hit our business objectives
Liasing with the PR team to identify partnership opportunities per campaign (e.g. relevant publisher partnership, livestreams etc.)
Working closely with media agencies to ensure their media plans hit the brief, challenging their buying and reporting metrics when needed
Assisting brand teams with building locally relevant digital assets and copy per campaign
Understanding and applying the latest marketing trends / targeting capabilities / channels / technology capabilities to aid the delivery of best in class digital campaigns
E-Commerce: E-Commerce is growing within our Travel Retail business and you will be responsible for aiding this continued growth via retail partners within the region. This will require strong relationship building skills and a commercial mindset. Tasks include the following:
Managing our online distribution acceleration and the opening of new brand boutiques (working closely with brands and retailers)
Liaising monthly brand product and visibility updates with retailers
Negotiating visibility on our retailers' owned media (inc. banners, social posts, CRM included communication, virtual selling etc.)
Overseeing budget planning (based on sales projections) for E-Commerce lead campaigns
Providing monthly reporting on E-Commerce sales performance vs. in store sales
Ensuring relevant agreements are signed by retailers prior to selling our products online
Qualifications - External
The ability to multiple projects and deadlines with efficiency and organisation
Experience of marketing with CRM data, social, display and search
Experience of analysing sales data in line with consumer behaviour
