Job description

We are a fast-growing E-Commerce brand based in London that is seeking to employ a Customer Service Rep on a part-time long-term basis. Based on performance, this role would evolve into a full-time position.

This position would be primarily on the weekends (Saturday & Sunday), and the occasional weekday to support our existing Senior Support Advisor.


This is a paid position and is best suited for the individual who does not wish to commute to an office, is self-directed, and can easily work from home under flexible work hours. We are looking for someone who is friendly, open to learning and engages very well with people, and believes in the brand vision we are building. We are very passionate about building an amazing team.

You will be working directly with the company director and head of customer support & supporting customers across the world. You do not need to be based in London to work this position - but you must be UK-based.

We are interested in people that can demonstrate a high level of performance in areas of customer service and have a passion for all things digital and have a proven track record.

As the job is mobile/home-based, you must have a laptop, a mobile phone, an internet connection and reside in the UK.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1: Customer Support: Supporting new, existing & potential customers worldwide through live chat, Facebook/Instagram DMs, email, and occasionally via phone.
2: Content Management: Sourcing photo & video content with social media creators.
3: Executive Assistance: Assist the company director with brand tasks
Your Experience:

1-2+ years working customer support for a brand.
Great written and verbal communication skills
A background in understanding all things digital (ex: Instagram, YouTube, Blogs)
Bonus: Experience using Shopify and Fulfilment platforms
