Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicate a person to manage our
customer service.

The ideal candidate must be organized, proactive highly proficient in problem-solving.

The Customer Service Representative receives and responds to routine customer calls, inquiries,
requests and complaints, which are typically general to moderately complex in nature and require
investigation to reach resolution.

Duties

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
Respond proactively to customer feedback, making improvements/changes where necessary
Build strong relationships with the team and work together to provide a smooth customer experience
Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
Return all internal and external calls, emails and facsimiles in a timely manner to ensure that customers’ concerns are understood
Handle refunds or compensation to customers
Assist with ordinary website content management tasks
Improve customer service procedures, policies, and standards for your department
Gives full attention to what customers are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions when appropriate
Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained
Adheres to work schedules and follows through on challenges as they arise
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
Requirements & Skills

Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Experience with Magento 1 and 2
Experience with data input
Experience with Zendesk or similar platform
Experience working in an online business
Exceptional time management
Exceptional communication
Strong active listening
Highly proficient in problem analysis and identification
Natural flair for customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent self-motivation
Strong work ethic
Trustworthy and always maintains the highest level of confidentiality.
