The Role

Customer Service is everything in our stores, especially in our Regent Street Flagship where a high proportion of our customer base is generated through tourism. This is a newly created position for an experienced retail manager who adores customer service excellence and can inspire and develop a team to deliver an unforgettable customer journey for each and every Regent Street visitor. An inspirational leader, you will empower those around you to be themselves, to innovate like mad, and most importantly, your team will love what they do and have fun doing it. This is an awesome opportunity for someone to have a huge impact on store results whilst developing their Superdry career.

You will

- Deliver our award winning Sales And Service (SAS) Programme at Regent Street, supporting your team with embedding their learning into everything they do
- Inspire your team to put the customer at the centre of everything they do, making our customers feel truly amazing
- Coach and challenge the team to become experts in our product and to deliver ultimate levels of service across the customer journey
- Drive the continued improvement of our My Superdry Story customer experience scores & e-receipt take-up
- Focus on tourism and adapting SAS to suit our diverse Regent Street customers
- Maximise all opportunities to provide better service, and innovate and encourage the team to do the same
- Be a key member of the Regent Street management team, working as one team to smash store targets and manage the running of the store as though it’s your own
- Exceed expectations at every opportunity
