We are FARFETCH for All. **About FARFETCH Platform Solutions (FPS):** We're the team that builds e-commerce for luxury. Ranging from Product, to Commercial, to Client Services to Marketing, we're the B2B side of FARFETCH building white label websites, apps and retail technology for world-leading brands and retailers. We're a diverse group of fashion and tech lovers all with the same goal - to build, and become the global platform for luxury. **London** Our office is located in Old Street, London's tech hub. With an open-plan space, ideal for collaborative working, an outdoor terrace for a team lunch, or a dedicated studio for a yoga class. **The Role** In this role you will be responsible for planning and executing CRM strategies for some of the leading brands in the fashion industry. You will liaise with the brands closely on a day-to-day basis and drive their CRM strategy to enable revenue growth and brand loyalty. Additionally, you will play a key role in defining and executing on the tech roadmap and strategy. You will work closely together with other members of the CRM team and the clients, but you will also form a close relationship with our Product, BI, and Development teams. You will be given the opportunity to further develop your technical, as well as client facing and strategy skills. Reporting into the Senior CRM Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring we deliver the best possible CRM solutions and service to the FPS clients. The role will be ideal for someone who is looking for an exciting growth opportunity in a fast-paced environment and is looking to make an immediate impact. You are an excellent communicator and passionate about all things digital.

What you'll do

- Management and execution of CRM Strategy for a leading sports brand - Build a strong working relationship with the brand and support them to achieve their growth targets - Day to day management and execution of CRM campaigns, liaising with the brand and CRM Production Specialists to deliver campaigns on time and as per specification. - Build email campaigns and programs within our 3rd party ESP (Responsys) - Analyse CRM performance and provide insights and recommendations to the brand based on these results. - Launch new automated personalised CRM campaigns and prioritise development on tech roadmap, working with BI, Data Science and Product on data requirements - Day to day management and execution of the loyalty program - Monitor performance of loyalty campaigns and identify opportunities to improve rewards and expand the program. - Support the brand to develop and refine relevant customer segments for targeted campaigns. - Have a test and learn approach to new digital marketing initiatives.

WHO YOU ARE

- Previous experience in an analytical CRM role - Experience running a loyalty program - Experience working with ESPs (preferably Responsys) - Experience of working in a client facing role - Outstanding execution skills with strong attention to detail · Outstanding work planning and time management skills: ability to prioritize · Ability to work as part of a team whilst also operating pro-actively and independently · Ability to appropriately combine attention to detail with longer term big picture/strategic thinking - Ability to translate complex technological concepts to team members and clients · Knowledge of Microsoft Excel · Experience with Google analytics - Knowledge of SQL (beginner) - Experience using basic HTML
