Job description

We are seeking a CRM & Performance Marketing Executive to oversee global performance marketing channels with our service provider Black & White, of Farfetch Ltd.Balancing quantitative and qualitative excellence, the right candidate will be a brand guardian for the women’s shoe designer brand Nicholas Kirkwood. The CRM & Performance Marketing Executive will be part of the E Business team, ensuring Nicholas Kirkwood develops a strong global digital footprint across all E Business initiatives. The best candidate will have a strong grasp on all things digital, with an entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen.

Marketing Channels - Email, PPC, Affiliates, Social Media Advertising

·Provide direction and execution for all performance marketing channels

·BAU liaison for B&W Marketing Services

·Brief creative teams for all content needs: email, affiliations, social media advertising

·Develop and run email marketing calendar

·Identify opportunities for lead generation, leveraging the business calendar to balance mass and high-value acquisition

·Maintain PPC copy updates, monitor and test new campaigns

·Project manage SEO updates as site develops, support ongoing needs

·Oversee Affiliate performance, promotions, feed updates, new partners

·Support annual social media advertising needs, briefing to include: quarterly planning, end-to-end trafficking of assets, direction on audience segmentation, budgeting

·Performance-focused, optimizing against weekly/monthly/quarterly targets

·Work closely with an internal creative team and external partners to ensure the brand image is championed throughout all assets

·Drive acquisition of online customers, focusing on initiatives which drive a positive ROI and efficiencies across the business

·Provide ongoing analysis to the business, sharing key insights and recommendations which support business needs and drive performance of marketing channels

·Develop relationships with colleagues across departments and align as needed

·Always align activity to product and operational performance


·Day-to-day liaison with B&W services, providing guidance, direction and daily approvals

·Foster successful agency, partner, CRM & performance marketing relationships as relevant

·Support commercial negotiations

Strategy, Budget & Planning

·Support the roadmap and oversee execution of all CRM & performance marketing activity

·Support budgeting and billing input for performance marketing channels

·Support the E Business team in planning and forecasting of KPIs and alignment to budget



·         Graduate or equivalent with 3-4 years marketing experience gained in fashion, online and/or retail marketing experience

·         Must have professional fluency in English

·         Must have experience in online marketing across core CRM & acquisitions channels

·         Exude passion for all things digital

·         Must be detail-oriented, deadline driven, and able to multi-task with solid project management skills

·         Creative flair exemplified through proven track record of successful and innovative marketing campaigns

·         Strong commercial acumen with the ability to budget and identify/implement resource savings

·         Impeccable communication skills and ability to inspire change
