Job description

We have a rare opportunity to join our Commercial team in Horseferry House as CRM Coordinator. Reporting directly into our Global Client & CRM Manager, the candidate will act as a global CRM champion, driving engagement of CRM tools across markets and servicing individual market needs. You will support the day to day operations and functionality of the Retail CRM system to ensure Customer Services Programmes are targeted and executed to achieve a high ROI and support the Burberry Experience.

Profile

  • Experience working within a retail environment focusing on CRM
  • Strong analytical skills: experience in working with large data to extrapolate key findings and insights;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships
  • Proactive and eager in taking part to innovative projects and work cross-functionally;
  • Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
