Job description

The Enterprise Marketing team is an innovative and transformative team that is driving the adoption and rollout of the Estée Lauder Companies CRM platform across our UK Region. The new platform provides our teams with the CRM tools they need to enable insight driven decisions to help delivery best in class customer interactions and satisfaction. The role is responsible for the implementation of omni-channel CRM solutions across Email, SMS, DM, Web Push and integrated channels and providing specific KPIs (i.e. Open Rate, CTR, Email offer sign up) to support the UK Region. Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivery of Enterprise Marketing CRM plan, content build, deployment, QA and optimisation for a cluster of brands and programs within the ELC portfolio
- Support the brand teams to adopt in-market campaigns to execute via CRM channels.
- In conjunction with Brands, create enterprise wide CRM activations utilising - Email, SMS, Push Notification, DM, Loyalty and Referral Schemes. For example, delivering marketing, service, transactional and lifecycle communications
- Constantly evolve campaigns based on testing strategies, performance indicators and audience insight to ensure we're getting the most out of our campaign activity and databases at every opportunity.
- Work in partnership with brands to deliver brand specific CRM activations based on brand specific briefs
- Optimise current automated journeys, mapping and analyse touch-points to drive scale and efficiency
- Find continuous methods to grow UK&I databases' (email, mobile SMS, lead gen etc.)
- Report on channel and campaign effectiveness for all in flight and new campaign builds.
- Working closely with the analytics team on measuring cross channel effectiveness and impact of campaign activity on consumer and business KPIs.
- Work closely with third parties to resolve any technical / service issues related to campaign builds

Profile

Essential skills to succeed:
- Strong experience in CRM/Digital Marketing (Email, SMS, Push Notifications/App Lead Gen/Referral Schemes)
- Strong experience translating business requirements or objectives into a CRM strategy, CRM program design and audience segmentation and targeting strategy.
- A proven track record of building and delivering successful CRM strategies and programs E2E in high-growth online businesses
- Background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies
- Experience of working to KPI's and CRM metrics
- Able to give clarity, direction as well as problem solve
- Able to prioritise, structure work and effectively manage time
- Good project management and negotiation skills
- Experience with Omni-Channel audience strategy and trigger campaign build
- Ability to run integrated Campaign Program management and optimisation
- Strong Stakeholder Management skillset
- Working Understanding of Data model, data dictionary and system architecture Desired Experience
- Advantage but not required: Previous experience/interest in SQL and data mining
- Working understanding of HTML build and email production
