Approaching its exciting 20 years anniversary, the company has a great opportunity for someone who has a creative design background and experienced in strategic business management. The ideal candidate would have minimum 2-3 years of experience in fashion industry and comfortable with cross-functional and flexible environment in a small organisation.

Job description


Product design and development
-Outline the range plan and new product development
-Work closely with designers and manage the projects

Creative brand strategy
-Approve all brand materials (e.g. brochures, packaging, promotional prints) with ensuring that follow the brand guidelines
-Support the managing director to outline creative direction and branding strategy
-Lead and support ad hoc projects that require creative direction

Support marketing & E-commerce projects
-Work alongside e-commerce team for website visuals and presentations
-Help on improving user experiences on e-commerce websites
-Share, discuss and executing the new marketing ideas


Skills & Experiences:
  • Substantial experience in similar role in fashion/retail industry
  • Creative design skills including Photoshop (Illustrator and InDesign skill is advantage)
  • Initiative and proactive and able to implement the ideas into the action
  • Good understanding of the business process and have a strong commercial awareness
  • Able to collaborate the cross function and multitasking
  • Strong prioritisation skills and attention to the detail
