Commercial Assistant

PLACE ROUGE is seeking to recruit a bright, resourceful and motivated Showroom Manager with experience in the Fashion Industry to join our growing team. 

The successful candidate will have exceptional managing, decision-making, organisational and prioritizing skills, a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, having previous experience in dealing with professionals within the industry. You will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little guidance and in a timely manner, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, be able take effective action without having to know the total picture. 

You will work with European brands and Eastern European and Middle Eastern retailers on a daily basis and will need to forge close working relationships with them and thus a multilingual Russian speaker is preferable.
 

• Support the sales campaign preparation and follow up.
• Booking appointments in market preparation.
• Gathering sales campaign assets and sharing all the information with the Account Managers.
• Direct contact with partners on diverse subjects including communications on Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Logistics subjects.
• Enrich the WHS database (visuals…)
• Operational support to the Account Managers on various topics and on the diverse tools used by the team (Joor, Nuorder)
• Participation in the structuring of the service and the creation of processes.
• Support and input of all the team expenses in ERP.
