Job description

Duties
• Manage inbound calls in a timely manner
• Actively reply to customers through “live-chat”
• Ability to deliver the highest degree of customer service by demonstrating exemplary service through telephone, live-chat and e-mail communication, being solution focused all while staying true to the Maria Tash Brand.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Maximize opportunities to upsell
• Build and maintain our clientele by engaging and fostering relationships
• Have a strong understanding of product knowledge, this includes new launches and styles
• Effectively utilize all systems daily, it includes but is not limited to: Teamwork, Magento, Salesforce, Zendesk…
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Profile

Skills/Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus
  • Proven ability to handle pressure, multi-task and prioritize work on a daily basis
  • Strong communication skills, this includes verbal and written along with active listening
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work and interact with all levels of employees within the organization

Desirable Skills
  • Language skills, including French and Arabic are desirable but not essential
  • Experience selling and clienteling would be a plus
