About:

- Achieve sales KPIs focused on sales performance, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), conversion rates, and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Deliver exceptional customer service, consistently meeting company standards.
- Assist with daily operations, collaborating with colleagues to maintain an impeccable sales floor, stockroom, and visual merchandising.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a premium or luxury retail environment.
- Assertive, dynamic, and positive attitude with a "can do" mindset.
- Fluency in French; professional English is preferred.
- Full-time and permanent contract.
- Salary up to £34,000, depending on experience and seniority.
- Commission scheme + benefits.
- Fix Term Contract - 1 year
