MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- STRATEGY AND MANAGEMENT
- Working with the Senior Marketing Manager and Commercial Director develop well-paced Marketing calendars per retailer, incorporating national events, product previews, and exclusive retailer offers
- Strategize and elevate plans for FSS business on NARS only, ensuring smooth implementation from Marketing and Product Analyst
- Support SMM with the planning and implementation of timely advertising campaigns
- Maintain a product assortment that reflects the needs of each channel, particularly speciality stores
- Present launch plans at retailer strategy meetings and ensure that all new launches are supported with all relevant retailers
- In liaison with Global Marketing / Design teams and Senior Marketing Manager, manage the production of local support tools
- Manage the development and implementation of windows and promotional sites alongside VM
- Manage the day-to-day Marketing budget including POS materials, events, collateral, testers and samples.
- Liaise with Senior Marketing Manager to ensure money is spent wisely and all expenses recorded accurately within the agreed budget
- FORECAST PLANNING & PRICING
- Present forecast bulletins to wider sales team ahead of forecasting process clarifying global strategy and rationale
- Feed NPD insights to Marketing and Product Analyst and review quantities ahead of final sign off from Senior Marketing Managers and Commercial Director
- Manage research and pricing increase strategy, present to Senior Marketing Managers as well offering insight into wider environment
- Maintain and manage value story for all newness including limited edition collections and holiday
- MEDIA EXECUTION & SUPPORT
- Support the Senior Marketing Managers in executing the media plan
- Liaise with media agency partners, EMEA & Global and in-house design agency to execute all asset requests per channel
- Understand media campaign performance and results, to suggest learnings for future campaigns
- ANALYSIS & REPORTING
- Liaise with relevant parties to measure + communicate back to UK / EU Management ROI of all initiatives including brand eventing i.e. Glamour Beauty Festival
- Manage post campaign analysis of all major launches to be shared with the wider UK and ROI team as well as globally with assistance from Marketing and Product Analyst
- Manage Marketing and Product Analyst to ensure monthly collation on all relevant competitor initiatives in terms of product launches, merchandising and specific retailer marketing campaigns
- Lead and communicate monthly KMI analysis and share with key stakeholders and EMEA

Profile

- Educated to degree level
- Strong experience in a previous retail marketing role, preferably within beauty
- Commercial with sound business acumen
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Creative with an eye for detail
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
