Job description

We're looking for a Brand Communications Manager for the UK to join our team! The main purpose of this role is to support the business by driving brand awareness, consideration and engagement and demand whilst at the same time ensuring commercial functions are supported with adequate, on brand activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Media Planning & Execution - Develop an 'always on' strategy in UK.
- Manage media agency to ensure all KPI's are met using data and information such as BDA to guide decision making to properly support commercial as well as equity needs. Evolve media strategy in line with changing consumer behaviours whilst ensuring innovation is a key pillar of planning.
- Insights - Work with Levi's own insights team as well as agency teams to leverage and make sense of multiple data and insight to create the most effective media plans that deliver long term strategy and tactical plays.
- Campaign Development and Execution - Lead the development of campaigns, local and central, ensuring full integration across relevant touch points. Drive cross-functional workflows for a full 360 consumer experience. Ensure activations and/or engagement strategies are timely and appropriate based on market needs.
- Brand Custodian - Leverage global campaigns for consistency and adapt as locally required to maximise impact and resonate with consumers in the most appropriate way. As a key member of the Brand team and a 'custodian of the Batwing', ensure quality levels are adhered to in order grow (or at very least protect) brand equity for the long term, and not short-term gains at the brand's expense. I.e. Enhance the brand through all activities to drive commercial needs rather than using its credit for short term gains.
- Creative feedback - Possess creative and production experience, with confident ability in delivering creative feedback and experience managing production and creative agency teams.
- Team - Lead the agencies to support the business. Work with key stakeholders throughout the whole business in and outside of marketing to develop agreed media and marketing approaches on all projects before execution - i.e. manage the matrix and lead the teams to do the same. Manage graduate Marketing Assistant.
- Loyalty - Work closely with Loyalty Manager to support loyalty objectives through brand media to ensure long term brand strength and acquisition of loyal consumers.
- Budget - Managing a budget for all of the above, ensuring it is used effectively and efficiently. Make recommendations on budget breakdowns based on business needs and objectives. Assure forecast accuracy across plans

Profile

- 4+ years marketing experience
- Degree level education
- Strong communicator
- Experience with dealing with multiple stakeholders and the ability to engage at all levels
