THE CANDIDATE:
- Identify opportunities to drive and maximize sales and profitability
- Motivate and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
- Driving and supporting team with sales
- Providing excellent customer service & mangaing CRM
- Achieve (and aim to exceed) targeted KPI's
- Experience in a store management, within a premium or luxury retail environment
- Excellent leadership skills and qualities
- Self-motivated, focused and driven to achieve personal and team goals
- Strong organisational and decision-making skills
- Personable, confident and talkative
- Great salary up to £50,000 per year
- Excellent bonus scheme , Uniform Allowance , and Special Staff Sales
