Job description

Overview: - This role is responsible for driving sales and strategically managing retailer business and sales performance of Aveda, Origins and Bumble & bumble in the UK on Retailer and Pure Player sites. - Working closely with multiple departments across the brand and the business, the role will encompass driving and managing our retailer ecommerce relationships, ensuring each account meets their sales target through innovation, exposure and a strong promotional calendar. - Reporting into the Online Retailer/PP Manager you will be an expert in your field, leading and inspiring the Retailer/PP Online team to drive the sales performance of these channels. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: PLANNING & COLLABORATION 50%: - Meet with National Account Managers & Marketing teams on a weekly basis to develop, maintain and feedback on strategy for all retailers - Support weekly status calls for key accounts and monthly planning meetings with retailers to ensure alignment and on-time execution of key initiatives to drive towards joint sales targets - Work with marketing to ensure 360 brand approach to all activations online and in store. - Work on strategy with Online Manager for new online buisness implementation - Build robust marketing strategies for each retailer sites, develop new programs and content plans in order to deliver sales targets. Own the retailer.com P&L and investment planning - Monitor retailer.com business to achieve weekly sales targets, tracking individual accounts monthly sales goals and securing best initiatives as need to meet sales targets. - Partner with retailers to gain detailed insight on onsite retailer.com analytics including click through, traffic, sales & ROI - Work with Global team to ensure all new launch strategies are relevant and optimised for the UK market execution. STOCK/SALES & TRADE 40%: - Support in owning the sales performances of retailer.com, compiling weekly and monthly trade reports - Responsible for delivering the retailer.com Site Sales Plan. Work with Finance and Sales teams to build achievable, but ambitious targets that drive retail, gross and net goals. Continue to re-forecast based on performance in order to achieve maximum results. - Work with the Retailer.com assistant and brand on sampling programmes for recruitment & retention initiatives - Support in manage forecasting gift quantities & strategy per retailer.com; including online exclusives. - Conduct weekly sales, mix of business, and site analyses to maintain a pulse on the business and identify trends. - Drive and evolve seasonal events such as 'Gift with Purchase' to carve out new opportunities and capitalise on emerging customer behaviours. - Present and feedback on Retailer and Pure player site performance to the Head of Online and team in the weekly Online Trade Meetings/monthly Online Trade Meetings, and taking ownership of sales driving actions based on trade. - Conduct daily sitewalks of key doors, raising issues where necessary - Manage the day to day relationship with online retailer partners, liaising on sales performance, stock requirements, site updates and content sign offs - Monitor competitor activity and utilise this for Clinique where appropriate - Manage Retailer.com strategy meetings and post strategy meetings actions & follow ups. PRESENTATIONS 10%: - Support the Online Manager in building Global visitor decks for all key global visitors to understand the UK online retailer business and gain key insights - Compile Retailer decks and performance fact files for all key retailer online accounts and meetings - Contribute to Post Campaign Analysis decks for all key launches, and peak trading periods in order to fully understand performance and key insights to form action for future activities.
