Sell In
- Create and present account specific pre-line and sell-in presentations
- Create and deliver best-in-class buying experience for our customers
- Highlight gaps, challenges and opportunities from global/EMEA plans for your accounts
- Identify key UKIRE wins
- Collaborate with UKIRE Sales in building plans to hit or over-achieve forecasted numbersSell Out
- Obsess with the results through ROI reports, establishing objectives, budget spend and sell through target ahead of each activation
- Create, coordinate and activate marketing plan to achieve ideal sell through rate
- Coordinate/activate marketing plan with wholesale accounts and third-party teams (agencies/athletes/talents)
- Communicate results and ROI report to wider team
- Analyse & evaluate results to constantly learn and improve for future campaigns
- Adopt a 'test & learn' approach to a portion of investmentTrade Marketing
- Responsible for Lifestyle Trade Marketing with UKIRE Accounts across multiple online and offline retailers ranging from brand driven to commercial outlets
- Understand the customer journey and build out cohesive plans that align to brand marketing activations and identify where the retailer plays a vital role
- Build strong relationships with accounts and internal teams
- Provide regular communication on upcoming and live activity along with lifestyle marketplace updates (culture, competitors, innovation etc.)
- Manage ongoing account budget, including ROI, and consistently look for efficiencies in spend
- Build and regularly update account marketing calendars
- Timely delivery of marketing assets/dates/plans to accounts
- Work with wholesale creative teams, third party agencies and/or internal creative team to develop innovative 'brand firsts' experiential, instore & online marketing assets
- Explore external digital, paid media, social and PR initiatives where required
- Utilise and integrate wider business opportunities, such as athletes & talent, to activate global game plan moments with accounts
- Work closely with TMM to follow process and be accountable for your area


- Experience in managing & delivering marketing campaigns across online and offline
- Strong knowledge and obsession of the lifestyle/fashion marketplace
- Experience in the sports, culture and lifestyle retail industry
- Experience of juggling multiple projects at the same time
- Process driven with a clear understanding of working across multiple stakeholders, wholesalers, seasons, products, agencies and departments
- Good understanding of consumer behaviour and the ability to deliver campaigns from awareness through to conversion
