Job description

Sell In
- Create and present consumer-first, account specific pre-line and sell-in presentations that influence future buys
- Create and deliver best-in-class buying experience for our customers
- Highlight gaps, challenges and opportunities from Global/EMEA plans for your accounts
- Collaborate with European Key Account Sales team to build plans that hit or over-achieve forecasted numbers
Sell Out
- Obsess with the results through ROI reports, establishing objectives, budget spend and sell through target ahead of each activation
- Create, coordinate and activate 360 marketing plans to achieve ideal sell through rate
- Coordinate/activate marketing plan with wholesale accounts and third-party teams (agencies/athletes/talents)
- Communicate results and ROI report to wider business
- Analyse & evaluate results to constantly learn and improve for future campaigns
- Adopt a 'test & learn' approach to a portion of investment
Trade Marketing
- Working closely with the Trade Marketing Manager to plan trade marketing strategy and campaigns, in line with the brands key stories, calendars and account needs
- Responsible for Trade Marketing across European Key Accounts - Performance Running focus
- Understand the customer journey and build out cohesive plans that align to brand marketing activations and identify where the retailer plays a vital role
- Drive best in class retail and online initiatives, ensuring an 'always on' approach to increase brand visibility and conversion within accounts
- Build strong relationships with accounts and internal teams
- Provide regular communication on upcoming and live activity along with industry and account updates (culture, competitors, innovation etc.)
- Manage the trade marketing budget and spend for owned Performance Running accounts and report return on investment
- Build and regularly update account marketing calendars
- Work with wholesale creative teams, third party agencies and/or internal creative team to develop innovative 'brand firsts' experiential, instore & online marketing assets
- Explore external digital, paid media, social and PR initiatives where required
- Utilise and integrate wider business opportunities, such as athletes & talent, to activate global game plan moments with accounts


- Experience in a fast paced, brand led environment
- A strong Trade and/or Retail marketing background is essential
- Strong knowledge of the Performance Running marketplace is desirable
- Experience in managing & delivering trade marketing campaigns with knowledge of full marketing channel mix and consumer journey
- Highly organised and customer focused with a desire to succeed with a thriving brand
- Instinctive brand guardianship and a desire to elevate company to reach goals
- Creative and innovative thinker with a growth mindset - not afraid to try new things
