Job description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our dynamic team at our Fashion Retail Shops.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that will increase revenue and profitability.
Ensure that the store is properly stocked and inventory is managed efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers are satisfied with their shopping experience.
Train and supervise sales associates to ensure they meet and exceed their sales targets.
Manage the scheduling and timekeeping of staff to ensure adequate coverage of the store during business hours.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Maintain the store's visual merchandising standards and ensure that it is clean and organized.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

At least 3 years of experience in a retail management position, preferably in the fashion industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage inventory and understand retail financials.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
