* Motivate and inspire the team to provide an exceptional level of customer service
* Work closely with the Customer Service Manager on monitoring staff performance to set KPI's
* Handle escalated complaints and queries
* Support with conducting staff performance reviews
* Support with recruitment, onboarding and training
* Excellent leader and motivator for the team
* Must have led a team before in a head office customer service environment within fashion or homeware
* Passionate about delivering luxury customer service to the highest standards
* Proven experience elevating performance within the team and increasing overall sales
