Job description

To support the Fragrance Senior Product Manager on the timely and successful implementation and product management of Michael Kors, Tommy Hilfiger, DKNY, Zegna, Aramis. To manage price promotion lines of Tommy Girl and Boy product ranges in line with the overall brand objectives. All within budget. _____________________________________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Budgets Aid the Product Managers with the monitoring of monthly expenditure and keeping within budget. Highlight any variances to PM in order that corrective action may be taken. Forecasting Assist in the preparation of product launch forecasting documents. Marketing Programme Assist in the development of the marketing calendars and ensure any changes are updated regularly and communicated to relevant departments. Circulate the updated Calendars to Field Force (including National Accounts) and relevant Kites Croft Staff every time it is updated. Prepare presentations and present plans when requested at retailer strategy meetings, twice yearly. Theme, source and book any necessary support activity as directed and agreed by the Product Managers, always adhering to the Brands' Guidelines Develop Sell-In presenters for the sales cycle, keeping within budget and in line with the Brands' Images. Brief the Visual Merchandising team on locally produced point of sale material - briefing suppliers- within budget. Continuously look for new ways of presenting products in store (POS). Regularly check IMW for any changes and alert the Product Managers and Marketing Director Maintain and update price promotion calendar as relevant. Monitoring/Tracking Regularly monitor new product launches and prepare post-launch analysis. Monitoring/Tracking Analyse the results post-launch and make recommendations and conclusions. New Product Launches To work on the implementation of new product launches and promotions as directed by the Product Manager Advertising Liaison with the Advertising Agency in respect of advertisement production as directed by Product Managers Ensure IMW is kept up to date with the media plan. Digital Marketing/E-Commerce To ensure that all marketing plans include digital marketing, in accordance with the budget and the overall objectives. To keep abreast of the changes/updates in digital marketing from e-commerce to social media. Ensure that internet retail accounts have the latest visuals and reflect the brand's image where possible. Progress and maintain E-commerce/M-Commerce (where applicable) Christmas Visual Merchandising Manager in the creation of support plans for Christmas, within budget. Competitor Awareness Field visits and online competitor review Create Monthly competitor's analysis presentations and present it monthly to the Marketing Team or Sales and Marketing Meetings with PR Assistant & Social Media assistant Communication Ensure all internal departments are updated regularly on the latest plans.
