As a Loss Prevention Officer, the protection of people and profit is fundamental. You will be focused on deterring loss on the salesfloor and act as an ambassador for the loss prevention function in a customer facing role. You will also be able to remain calm and professional under pressure.

You will be self-driven and resilient, with a natural ability to communicate. Acting with integrity and working in partnership with the Loss prevention team and store management to implement Loss Prevention policies and processes.

Experience of being in a customer facing role, gained within a fast pace retail environment is ideal but not essential. It would also be desirable to understand the role of the Loss Prevention function within the business but again not essential. The role will require you to professionally handle external theft situations and we will support you this by providing the necessary technical training.
