Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and mitigate legal risks in the development and launch of new products and features. Review and negotiate a wide range of general commercial agreements as needed, including marketing agreements in support of US operations. Contribute to the review and improvement of legal team processes, templates, and guidance to drive efficiencies in US compliance. Assist in managing responses to US regulatory inquiries, investigations, and litigation related to product and compliance issues.
