JOB DESCRIPTION A key position in the B2B Sourcing Department of an international e commerce company. You will need to develop, sell, and implement strategic business plans with identified strategic brands for all products and services of the group, based on a deep understanding of their needs and ecosystem. The role is based at our London office.TASKS Serve as an ambassador for the group's value proposition and products (flash sales, marketplace, etc.) and position Veepee as a strategic partner for brands.Prepare and sell medium to long-term strategic plans: account mapping, market and need analysis, offer preparation, defining key actions, negotiating conditions at the brand management level, proactively evaluating and constantly reassessing account needs.Implement strategic plans: ensure the execution of the plan within given timelines, collaborating with all Veepee teams (commercial, marketing, production, finance, supply chain).Acquire knowledge of brand catalogs to renew offers and adapt business formats, while proactively overseeing brand updates, industry news, and market trends.Measure performance and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) with recommended actions based on results, maintaining a cross-services and international vision for the account throughout the partnership.Ensure local client networking and initiate or maintain contact at the European headquarters level to build a global partnership.Prospect identified key brands to initiate a business stream in Veepee services (flash sales, marketplace, media, etc.).MUST HAVE SKILLS Higher education in Business School or Marketing, with at least 6 years of experience in managing large accounts, ideally with international scope. Experience required in fashion or sports Strong commercial technique with excellent prospecting, commercial negotiation, and objection handling skills. Ability to understand financial challenges (P&L, depreciation), manage budgetary oversight, and ensure commercial follow-up (KPI, performance analysis). Business-oriented, demonstrating perseverance. Ability to work with various teams, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Excel, google sheets and digital tools Fluent in English NICE TO HAVE SKILLS French language skills. Demonstrate enthusiasm, ambition, and results-driven mindset with a proven track record in commercial achievements and strategic business expansions. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and relationship-building skills, with significant experience in successful business prospecting. Strong analytical capabilities and proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel Fluent in English.NICE TO HAVE SKILLS Knowledge of French. Experience or strong interest in the fashion sector or e-commerce. JOB DESCRIPTION Reporting to the sales team, the Sales Analyst & Support role ensures the team can maximize and run the best sales by making range and price recommendations following their analysis. Responsible for collating and collecting the information from the brand (offer, contract, prices, final stocks), he/she works in tandem with the Key Account Manager to create the best possible offer online while also providing support and coordination for the commercial activity. TASKS Analyse: Analyse the offer and make recommendations to the Key Account Manager in order to guarantee its success After receiving the information from the supplier, preparing the offer analysis file Analysis of the following data: Strength of the offer: presence of key categories, volume per reference, comparison with previous sales Catalog information: references, size, colors, ref co, category, shipping cost scheme negotiation KPIs: purchase price, retail price, sale price, product margin, discount, taxes Comparison with previous sales: price, flow, opcode, date, logistics flow Pricing and margin recommendations using the tools provided by making recommendations to the sales representative to optimize the offer in terms of range, stock and price and its launch. Post sales reviews and analysis of improvement levers and actions to be implemented for the next operation.Sales: Preparation of presentation materials for brand meetings with post sales reports, and participation when necessary Commercial back-up in the course of the operations until they are finished Daily support in the commercial relationship with the brand (calls and emails)Operational: Ensure the good operational management of the sales in charge in direct relation with the commercial partner Coordinate the proper contractual management with the partners and manage any first level disputes Transmit the details of the commercial offer to the Data Coordinators in order to ensure data integration Ensure that the sale date is correctly met by receiving the offer, the final prices and stocks, and in conjunction with the content manager MUST HAVE skills Experience in a similar role, merchandising or buying assistant role.
