    This is a very varied and hands-on design role. You would be leading the design output of the brand, from social posts and stories, to emails, ads and some print (event collateral / packaging). It also requires knowledge of video editing and motion design. You will lead on the design and roll out of large seasonal campaigns as well as the day-to-day design and manage a digital designer. This role is focussed on not only your design skills and creative eye, it also is essential to have excellent time management and people management skills. You will work on developing the branding and Threads visual presence across all channels. Day in the life of a Creative Design Lead The Creative Design Lead will mostly work on design output for the digital marketing channels. Most days it will include designing 3-4 stories, and working on emails and ads. It also includes working on graphic direction for campaigns, franchises (video and static), new presentation templates. It also involves collaborating daily with stakeholders on adhoc projects such as brand decks and event collaterals. If you like working on social and you're mainly a digital designer then this role is for you. The role is heavily social based, and that can mean its a really fun role with lots of opportunity to get creative and work with content creators and social media teams on new ideas. It's fast paced and varied, which can be great if that excites you. You get to meet lots of great and interesting people in the business and new ideas are welcomed.     The Production Manager will oversee the Threads in-house luxury fashion studios. Managing 3 studios from our London HQ to ensure the smooth running of our end to end production processes. We are looking for someone who can consistently assess the Production process and identifying problems and implementing solutions. Always with the business as a priority and looking for ways to make the operation more efficient. The role is required to work closely with the Marketing Managers team, with regular meetings to align on business priorities and to create and manage a monthly shoot and event calendar. Managing all pre production activities, conversations and running the weekly shoot schedule meeting. Responsible for liaising with all Creative Teams to produce high end campaigns across our Threads social accounts. The role involves general team management of direct reports and wider creative teams. Communication and organisation is key to the success of the role. The Production Manager will be expected to manage budgets and have experience negotiating with model agencies and freelancers. They will manage the Marketing production, freelance & travel budgets and organisation for any location shoots in the UK or abroad. This role will oversee all production across Brand campaigns, Social Channels, Lives, E-Commerce and Paid Media, as well as producing Business Events & Activations. Solid knowledge in Studio logistics and processes Operational mindset Budget management Proven experience in an editorial/luxury fashion or luxury commercial/e-commerce environment. Experience managing a team Able to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.     Threads Styling is seeking a highly experienced and versatile Email Marketing Manager to lead the channel.. This is a pivotal role within the Digital Marketing team, requiring full end-to-end management of email and SMS marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue. As our marketing strategy evolves in 2025, this role will play a key part in adapting to potential platform migrations and aligning with updated business strategies. This role encompasses both strategic planning and hands-on execution, requiring strong technical CRM experience and the ability to build, implement, and optimise campaigns and automated flows within our existing ESP, Klaviyo. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing the entire campaign lifecycle, from briefing and building to analysing and reporting. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract position. Excellent knowledge and experience in Klaviyo (or other ESP) and Google Analytics suite, and a drive to continuously test new platforms. Expertise in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copy and design approaches. Strong analytical and strategic skills, understanding of A/B testing practices, ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordingly. Expertise in CRM and ESP. Abilities/Experience Ability to monitor and track email KPIs to deliver reports, including insights and recommended actions to internal partners. CRM & ESP experience. Experience of delivering email marketing campaigns across territories is essential.
