    Our Role As a Talent Acquisition Resourcer, you'll support the end-to-end Contact Centre Peak recruitment process—managing job ads, CV and phone screening, interviews, offers, and rejections. You'll keep our ATS and audit records up to date, while ensuring the Talent Partner and Hiring Managers are fully informed throughout. Your focus will be on identifying and presenting qualified, competency-matched candidates who meet the brief. Supporting all Hiring Managers with eArcu, ATS issues and maintaining an audit of compliance and highlighting repeat issues, including relevant feedback/ candidates’ status updates before closing down roles on ATS Maintaining the Careers inbox – responding to candidates & Hiring Managers or highlighting to Talent Partner to respond. Manage the Candidate experience survey and audit responses on a quarterly basis Audit for compliance, the completed Hire with Pride question templates once uploaded to the vacancy file on the Talent System, in support of GDPR legislation. Audit offers for Retail and update the monthly report to People Partners.Building and maintaining high quality effective relationships with the People Team, Hiring Managers, and suppliers Promoting the brand and all live roles across all our social media channels inc.     Our Role Working as an integral part of the creative team, the shoot assistant supports the effective and efficient organisation and production of TWC photography and the smooth running of shoots, both in the studio and on location. The role requires excellent administrative skills, great enthusiasm for product and a willingness to learn about all aspects of the shoot process. The role can be developed to include more responsibility on shoots and involvement in creative production.     Our Role The Digital Designer is responsible for executing the design of seasonal campaigns and features, as well as refining and developing the user journey. Working with the Digital Design Manager to ensure the campaigns translate consistently across web, social, editorial and marketing departments. With a strong understanding of retail and brand, the Digital Designer will focus on responsive e-com, ensuring the website reflects and enhances The White Company values, and optimises the presentation of The White Company (and Little White Company) brand online. What you'll be doing Take creative direction from the Digital Design Manager and, as an active member of the digital design team, contribute ideas and solutions that enhance both the creative process and the final output. Support the delivery of both project-based and BAU design tasks - such as weekly homepage refreshes, product launches, promotional banners, and trading updates. Create engaging social media stories and motion assets using After Effects, aligned with campaign messaging and brand tone. Produce and artwork a range of digital marketing assets (e.g. display banners & affiliate assets), ensuring all output meets brand and quality standards. Active design role in refining and developing the customer journey, working with responsive wire-frames to design and implement enhancements to the site.     Our Role We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Loyalty Executive to join our growing Marketing department, within the CRM team. Reporting to the Loyalty & Lifecycle Manager, you will support the planning and execution of all Loyalty and Lifecycle communications across all core CRM channels: Direct Mail, Email, App Push, and SMS. Whilst these channels are used, Direct Mail is at the heart of this role with responsibility for the end-to-end planning, budgeting, and execution of The Thread brochure and all related tactical seasonal mailings. For these campaigns to take off seamlessly, this role requires someone to establish a strong relationship with our internal creative and editorial teams as well as our external partners and agencies.     Our Role The Technologist will assist delivery of the departments KPI’s and strategy. You will be required to support drive operational efficiencies on the Department and be proactive with ideas for improvements in process. They will ensure that: Initial designs and concepts are translated into workable briefs for vendors/agents to interpret effectively Vendors/agents to produce samples efficiently. Products are manufactured and delivered to TWC required standards. What you'll be doing To ensure the garment construction methods are maintained to comply with the brands high standards. Take technical ownership of all aspects of Nightwear and Swimwear area to ensure that the consistency of fit, construction, performance and quality is achieved across all products, whilst maintaining continuity of sizing in the application of grading.Leading the fit sessions. Measuring and typing comments in excel.Discuss risk assessments at proto stage regularly with the Supplier, Designer and Buyer as necessary. Monitor product returns and customer complaints and report to QA Manager and senior Technologist. Attend weekly Critical Path meetings with the buying team to ensure information is updated and on track. Filing technical specifications, reviews, test reports and relevant correspondence, so that traceability exists, and demonstrate due diligence. Approve care labelling and testing requirements as well as communicate decisions to the supplier. Ensure all products comply with international testing and trading regulations, non-compliances must be flagged. Report on quality issues in accordance with product approval processes, test results and tolerance levels. Ensure non-compliances are relayed for appropriate management decision and advise appropriate stakeholders of potential issues. Ensure production samples are approved with appropriate reference samples and briefs. Carry out regular store visits to report on quality of fit and make of garments, and to examine competitors.Product data input on the required systems. Complete seasonal product reports for senior leadership meetings. Support other departments when cover is needed. Where necessary attend business travel visiting suppliers with buyer and/or designer. Distribution Centre/QC liaison Liaise with QC warehouse team to ensure that products are inspected appropriately.Investigate quality issues, find solutions and report findings to the QA manager Ensure emerging issues are resolved quickly and effectively, involving supplier/agent, buyer, merchandiser, Technical Manager as necessary. Assist Senior Technologist in ensuring traceability of Gold Seals into the warehouse is maintained, and that progress and status of QC inspections is visible to buyer/merchandiser at all times. Ensure all damaged goods, manufacturing faults, transit damages, etc are processed in an appropriate manner and that all costs are recharged to responsible parties through the DNA process. Ensure international compliance documentation is accessible in the central system to prevent shipping delays The skills and experience you’ll need Experience working on Nightwear and swimwear.Good knowledge of jersey and woven fabrics, and suitability for different end uses. Good knowledge of swimwear fabrics, ensuring high end finishing. Strong knowledge of garment balance, fit and construction, with the ability to troubleshoot common fit issues. Experience in pattern cutting is advantageous but not a requirement. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills for production challenges. Appropriate degree/ equivalent qualification.Excellent computer literacy, organisational and communication skills.Willing to be adaptable and eager to learn a wide variety of skills and to be flexible across a number of product categories. The ability to prioritise, multitask, manage time and work under pressure. Have an aptitude for attention to detail. Good decision making and problem-solving skills.     Our Role The Technologist will assist delivery of the departments KPI’s and strategy. Approve care labelling and testing requirements as well as communicate decisions to the supplier. Ensure all products comply with international testing and trading regulations, non-compliances must be flagged. Report on quality issues in accordance with product approval processes, test results and tolerance levels. Ensure non-compliances are relayed for appropriate management decision and advise appropriate stakeholders of potential issues. Ensure production samples are approved with appropriate reference samples and briefs. Carry out regular store visits to report on quality of fit and make of garments, and to examine competitors.Product data input on the required systems. Good knowledge of tailoring fabrics, such as wool, tweed, linen and structured blends, ensuring high end finishing. Good knowledge of outerwear fabrics, technical blends, waterproof materials, down- filled garments including fill power, baffling construction, insulation techniques and ethical sourcing (RDS-certified down) fabrics. Good knowledge of leather and suede properties, including tanning processes durability considerations, and construction techniques. Good knowledge trouser construction, including pleating, darting, waistband finishes, and fabric behaviour in different silhouettes. Good knowledge of denim fabrications, weight variations, and how different weaves impact fit and durability. Good understanding of dye techniques ( pigment dyeing, reactive dyeing, and over dyeing) and wash techniques ( enzyme, stone, ozone, laser and sustainable alternatives), shrinkage control, and the impact of laundering process on hand feel, colour retention, seam puckering and garment longevity. Strong knowledge of trouser balance, fit and construction, with the ability to troubleshoot common fit issues. Experience in pattern cutting is advantageous but not a requirement. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills for production challenges. Appropriate degree/ equivalent qualification.Excellent computer literacy, organisational and communication skills.Willing to be adaptable and eager to learn a wide variety of skills and to be flexible across a number of product categories. Assist with the implementation of security technologies (deskside, network, servers) Draft, publish, and/or review various network and system documentation, including architecture, installation, operations, and user guides.     Our Role As a Junior Jersey Designer, you will design across the jersey and lounge category. You will support the Design Manager in delivering TWC Clothing strategy together with the BMDT teams helping to develop ways to build the Brand image, strengthen TWC market position and increase profits through your designs. You will have an excellent eye for quality and luxury with a sharp awareness of relevant fashion trends and an understanding of how to influence TWC customer in a timely manner. You will contribute and collaborate on the seasonal concept, driving your department’s design direction while ensuring alignment with the Design team’s overall vision. You will identify new product opportunities and emerging trends, working closely with the buying teams to develop commercially viable and customer-appropriate designs for TWC. What you’ll be doing Gather trends and inspiration for product ranges and create design product spec packs for jersey. Constantly developing the range working closely with the buying and technical teams and suppliers to translate your designs into commercially viable product advising on construction, details, or artworks. Ensure the range evolves and continues to meet the demands of TWC customer Work alongside the Buying and Merchandising teams to ensure your ideas are communicated Ensure all designs are executed and meet your departments’ critical path dates Working alongside the Design manager to produce a co-ordinated clothing collection with the ability to ensure your designs can be used as part of the key outfits and key looks Sourcing from the supply base and building relationships with suppliers Travelling and researching directional and comparative trend and product direction Reacting to sales information and designing commercially relevant ranges Identifying & sourcing new yarns or components for new sample development to drive new product and range development for the customer Maintain an in-depth understanding of the market, supplier base, competition, and customer requirements across your departments in particular What skills & experience you’ll need Previous experience as a womenswear designer with a premium athleisure or international fashion brand ideally at TWC level of the market (entry luxury) Strong sketching and cad skills Strong track record with creative & commercial success and experience working within a retail BMDT team BA degree in Fashion/Textiles design or equivalent What will make you brilliant at this role Ability to work within a team building relationships based on shared values and respect. Good verbal and visual communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with colleagues, suppliers and others at all levels Excellent sketch & spec skills to understand garment production. Computer skills ideally to include Photoshop, Illustrator, CAD Appetite for design influences and a strong eye.
