You will offer thoughtful, informed guidance, helping customers discover the fragrances, textures, and rituals that resonate with them.The position is part-time, approximately 15 - 25 hours per week, with flexibility for weekend or holiday cover as required.More about the role: - Provide an exceptional, intimate level of customer service that reflects Sowvital’s values and tone. - Develop a deep understanding of our products — their origins, formulations, and the ideas behind them — and communicate these with clarity and enthusiasm. - Create meaningful connections with visitors, guiding them through sensory experiences across our hand creams, lotions, candles, and perfumes. - Contribute to maintaining the boutique’s visual and operational standards. - Support the team in fostering customer loyalty and growing brand awareness within the Connaught Village community.
