Skilled at working with photographers, producers, and other creatives, while able to take constructive feedback and translate it into actionable improvements. Constantly looking for ways to improve image quality, reduce retouching time, and streamline workflows. Calm under pressure: Comfortable working to tight deadlines, managing multiple priorities, and staying focused on quality. Keeps up to date with Adobe software updates and new techniques to continuously improve craft.Must haves At least 2 years of existing editing industry experience. Good to know Start date & Onboarding The successful candidate will complete 10 days of onboarding at their assigned location. Training Upon completion of the onboarding period, you will attend a 6-week training course at the Lush Spa Training Center in Poole, Dorset. This training period will run Monday through Friday and you will learn our core treatments. Travel expenses to and from Poole will be covered by LUSH.
