The RoleAs a Jewellery Designer at Indigo Lune, you'll work hand-in-hand with our founders, creating stunning, original designs that reflect our ethos: unique, elegant, and artistic. From sketching out ideas to developing prototypes, your creativity and expertise will be at the heart of what we do. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a start-up where your impact will be immediate and tangible. Key Responsibilities Design & Creation Create original designs for rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, and hand chains, all aligned with our aesthetic and current trends. Produce detailed sketches, technical drawings, and CAD designs. Select materials, gemstones, and metals in collaboration with suppliers. Oversee the prototype development process alongside artisans and production partners. Collaborating with Founders Work closely with the founders to bring their vision to life, blending your own creativity and flair into the process. Present mood boards, design concepts, and samples, and incorporate feedback to refine ideas. Trend Research & Innovation Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in jewellery design. Bring fresh, innovative ideas to keep Indigo Lune ahead of the curve. Quality Control Ensure all designs meet our high standards by working closely with manufacturers. Oversee prototypes and final products, ensuring every detail is just right. Occasional Support Assist with merchandising and product launches, including curating collections and packaging. Help out with logistics when needed to ensure a smooth process from design to delivery. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a jewellery designer, with a portfolio showcasing your talent, particularly in fine or fashion jewellery. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Rhino, CAD, Matrix) and traditional hand-sketching. A strong understanding of materials, gemstones, and metal types, with great attention to detail and craftsmanship. Experience creating technical drawings and managing the entire design process. Passion for the jewellery industry and a keen eye on trends and customer preferences. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners. A creative, driven, and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. Bonus Skills Experience in 3D modelling and prototyping. As a French Client Services Executive you willhelp the Client Services Team continually deliver high-quality customer experience to all of our French-speaking customers around the world. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-growing team. During this growth, our Brand has built out 11 departments that underpin all that Lounge stands for and endeavours to be. As an SEO Executive, you will help our Digital Marketing team in driving growth through Organic Search. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is data-driven, analytical and collaborative. Someone who wants to learn the principles of Search Engine Marketing and is keen on developing a career in this area! Complete Content SEO audits & act based on findings.Complete Technical SEO audits & act based on findings. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of optimisations. Create short and long-form copy for the Lounge.com sites and blog. Monitor industry trends to ensure Lounge remains at the forefront of SEO. Support with the implementation and optimisation of SEO campaigns. Continually ensure that Lounge's websites are healthy and in line with SEO best practices. We would love it if you: Have a strong understanding of SEO.Enjoy writing and producing content of a high quality.Have an analytical mindset. Are confident on Excel/Google Sheets, with strong data analysis skills.The ability to work well within a team. Are an effective problem solver with a 'can-do' attitude.
