In this role, you will have a clear understanding of the COS aesthetic and the customer, to ensure visual and design targets of the brand are met. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the development of the seasonal bag collection through trend research, design development and creation of detailed research packs and technical sketches. Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Buying, and Product Development teams to ensure efficient workflow, clear visual communication, and alignment with both short- and long-term departmental goals. Support the communication of department goals and outcomes across the organisation as needed. Assist in fittings by taking notes and updating technical sketches using Illustrator. Assist in sourcing and developing fabrics, materials, and trimmings relevant to bag design.
