This role is ideal for a detail-oriented retoucher with experience handling high volumes of imagery who values consistency, precision, and a thoughtful approach. Colour accuracy and brand integrity are paramount. Key Responsibilities General Retouch high volume e-commerce imagery to brand standards. Enhance images while preserving a natural, authentic aesthetic. Remove blemishes, smooth skin, and correct lighting and tonal balance. Perform industry-standard fashion retouching across a variety of fabrics and materials. Apply shaping and sculpting techniques with subtlety. Maintain strict layer discipline and non-destructive workflows. Remove unwanted objects or distractions. Extend or rebuild backgrounds (AI-assisted or manual). Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and grow a creator affiliate programme, integrating tools like LTK, Shop My, and other emerging platforms to enhance reach, engagement, and conversions. About You: Proven experience in growing creator partnerships preferably within the Fashion/ Beauty industries. With a deep understanding of influencer marketing and brand alignment. Key Responsibilities Creative Leadership & Concept Development Lead video content ideation for brand campaigns, launches, social moments, and immersive experiences Translate creative direction and brand strategy into compelling video narratives Conceptualise and execute fashion-forward ASMR content highlighting texture, movement, sound, and emotion Collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, Social, and E-commerce teams Videography & Production Own and execute all stages of production: pre-production, filming, lighting, sound, and post-production Direct on-set shoots including models, talent, influencers, and external crews when required Capture premium content for campaigns, lookbooks, behind-the-scenes, social-first, and performance-led assets Ensure visual consistency and excellence across all platforms Editing & Post-Production Lead all editing workflows, colour grading, sound design, motion graphics, and final delivery Adapt content for multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website, paid media Maintain fast-paced turnaround while upholding luxury production standards Develop reusable editing templates and workflows for scalability Marketing & Paid Performance Collaboration Work closely with the Marketing team to optimise video content for paid social campaigns and e-commerce performance Analyse video performance metrics, audience engagement, and ad effectiveness to inform creative strategy Test, iterate, and refine content to maximise ROI and campaign impact AI, Innovation & Emerging Formats Explore and implement AI-powered video tools, generative visuals, and experimental formats Create immersive and interactive video experiences aligned with future-facing brand storytelling Stay ahead of platform trends, new technologies, and content formats Team Building & Process Leadership Define and implement scalable, process-driven workflows across pre-production, production, and post-production Set and enforce standards for quality, efficiency, and creative excellence Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture Manage equipment, production schedules, and external suppliers About You Demonstrable experience in videography and video editing, ideally within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle Strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, social-first content, and high-end editing Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve (or similar) Advanced understanding of lighting, composition, colour, sound, and pacing Proven ability to lead teams, implement processes, and drive projects end-to-end Experience collaborating with marketing teams on paid ad performance and optimisation Strong understanding of social media platforms and performance-driven content Highly creative with a strong fashion sensibility Process-oriented and detail-focused, balancing creativity with operational efficiency Innovative, curious, and future-focused Confident leader, mentor, and collaborative team player Thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment Desirable Experience creating ASMR-style fashion content Familiarity with AI tools, generative video, or immersive digital experiences Experience working in fast-paced e-commerce or DTC brands Motion graphics and animation skills Understanding of paid media and conversion-focused video What's on offer?
