We are currently searching for a Stock Controller to join the team. As our Stock Controller at Belstaff, working closely with our Retail Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for control of all stock in, out and in transit, providing the crucial link between Logistics, Finance, Merchandising, IT and Retail Operations. You'll work closely with the DC to ensure visibility on all shipments from suppliers in to the warehouses and on to global stores; auditing stock counts and keeping all systems accurate and updated. We are looking for someone who will be responsible for: Stock Control Processes Actioning Weekly Stock Quantity reconciliations between WMS (Shopify/Waterfall/SNAP) and IMS (ERP) system (Netsuite), analysing and resolving discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders Performing stock control exception reporting actions including Negative Stock reporting and Retail Price reporting Monitoring and controlling stock adjustments relating to Uniform, faulty, theft, Gifts, PR, Samples and Prototype stock items Working with the Retail Operations Manager on SOPs for all stock processes in stores and mitigating risk of human error on stockfiles from all functions via WMS Providing systems training to Retail teams and other internal users to support stock movements/ transfers and other reporting requirements with respect to stock, to drive store ownership Checking Stock in external locations such as Otrium (Consignment) and LA Bike Shed (Concession) Investigating discrepancies accordingly both remotely and when/where needed in person to reach a resolution Regularly contacting stores to support best practices both remotely and in person Highlighting and communicating any stock concerns/losses/opportunities to the Retail Operations Manager and Merchandising team to ensure steps are taken to support sales Maintaining and updating stock files to ensure data accuracy in Shopify, updating faulty stock flow and approvals in line with financial expectations Stock Audit Scheduling, communicating and preparing stock audits with both internal and external stakeholders, being part of the execution team to ensure best practice is completed Delivering PI result in terms of % loss and cost loss to the store manager and wider business, creating action plans with the Retail Operations Manager to improve results and following these up Supporting the stock audit procedures in 3rd party warehouses (IT/US/UK) and global retail stores, analysing and reporting variances accordingly and liaising with external auditors as required Daily and Weekly Stock Quantity and Location Reporting to PI support cycle counts to provide Perpetual Inventory Working with the Retail Operations Manager on new store openings/closings to audit stock Stock Valuation/ Costing Uploading standard costing to the ERP, reviewing standard costs vs PO, updating seasonal price changes and calculating PPV adjustments Ensuring sample pricing correctness Collaborating with cross-functional teams on Sample Sales and ensuring effective management of the sample ordering process Year-End / Audit Reconciling physical stock takes to book valuations in collaboration with Merchandising Supporting the annual audit process Non-Trading Stock Management Establishing a recurring six-month process to obtain business confirmation for non-trading stock locations including investigating and quantifying any stock movements and proposing them for write-off approval Working closely with Finance to implement an ongoing review process, ensuring a regular full stock balance oversight and taking full ownership of this working capital asset Bonded Warehouse Bonded and Non-Bonded stock control, including actioning stock location movements between Bonded statuses Bonded & Non-Bonded warehouse reporting and reconciliation with warehouse reporting Maintaining the database and document filing to support bonded warehouse and related customs clearances We are looking for someone who has: Significant relevant experience working in a finance admin or logistics admin/control role Experience of working in a fast moving stock environment Demonstrable experience of managing accuracy and reporting across ERP and WMS systems High levels of numeracy and proficiency using Microsoft Excel Confidence managing and resolving requests in line with expectations and within agreed SLAs The ability to built rapport and influence stakeholders internally and externally We are looking for someone who is: Inspired by working for Belstaff Looking for personal growth and development with a 'above and beyond' attitude Analytical, detail oriented and practical Incredibly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage their own workload Highly communicative, personable and approachable Keen to keep abreast of new and emerging technologies and share ideas to help evolve and streamline operations Able to work autonomously but also diligently as part of a small team Where to from here? The Role Belstaff is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager with a strategic mindset to take our digital presence to the next level and drive channel growth. Reporting directly into the Senior Brand & Marketing Manager, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a channel-specific social strategy and influencer programme for our Mainline and Moto channels. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of social media trends, experience in content creation and a proven track record of building and nurturing social communities. Responsibilities Create and implement a multi-channel social growth strategy to drive an increase in channel following, reach, engagement and conversion, focusing on our core channels IG, TT, LI & YT Develop a TikTok-specific strategy to optimise the platform, drive brand awareness and engage new audiences in innovative ways Set brand and commercial social KPIs and deliver regular reports to the brand team/wider business on how we can improve channel performance Work alongside the Senior Art Director & Senior Creative Content Lead on conceptualizing and producing engaging channel-specific content including stills, videos, graphics and live streams Collaborate with the brand team and wider business on campaigns, product launches and cultural moments to create channel-specific storytelling opportunities, ensuring social content is front and centre of everything we do Ensure all content output reflects the brand vision and TOV Deliver the Moto social strategy, including Moto community relationship building, UGC campaigns and channel-specific social content shoots Implement and manage a pipeline of key influencers and affiliates who can significantly contribute to growth targets and drive conversion Manage influencer contracts to ensure we negotiate the best possible rates and usage terms for our channels Lead and implement UGC campaigns to drive authenticity, trust and loyalty with our audiences Manage paid social budgets and campaigns to maximize reach and engagement Keep the brand and business up to date with social trends by establishing direct relationships with social platforms including Meta, TT and Google/YT Own the end-to-end execution of all social output, covering planning, scheduling, publishing, community management, creative briefing, reporting and the daily operational upkeep needed to keep all channels running You may be required to undertake such further duties as your skills, qualifications and experience allow and/or as may be assigned to you by the Company from time to time. We are currently searching for a Senior Product Developer to join the team. As our Senior Product Developer you will be responsible for driving the critical path across multiple categories, ensuring product is engineered to achieve intake margin whilst maintaining Belstaff brand identity. Managing timely completion and delivery of prototypes, salesman samples and accurate transition of product data to production. This role is on a fixed-term contract until the 29th January 2027 We are looking for someone who will be responsible for: - Working alongside Design to own the translation of sketches into final garments that reflect our brand aesthetic, whilst respecting both cost and margin targets - Work closely with the vendors on sourcing raw material and the engineering of the garments to achieve the best possible result in terms of style, quality and cost - Own and manage margin targets across assigned categories, working proactively to achieve or exceed budgeted profit margins - Proactively support the development process from sketch to samples to ensure vendors are supported with the correct information and fully equipped - Conduct detailed cost analysis on materials, trims, labour and logistics to identify opportunities for cost efficiencies - Negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers to optimise pricing, MOQ and lead times without compromising quality - BOM ownership of each garment on PLM from proto to finished product ready to be launched in production - In close collaboration with the Head of PD and Head of Production create the category-specific season end-to-end development calendar - Create clear, accurate product specifications including sample size chart, trim details, construction methods and fit comments (specification sheet/technical packs) - In close collaboration with the Technical department, ensure the quality and performance of products meets the highest standard and that potential quality risks are caught and addressed early in the process - Own the planning and process of proto fittings, with all the consequent communication of updates to internal teams and vendors - Support the Technical team in fittings, making sure the final signed off garment is in line with design intent and considers feedbacks received during the sales campaign from different stakeholders - Manage maintaining a library of materials, protos, samples etc - Be an active player in promoting effective and concise communication with all stakeholders - Build an effective relationship with all vendors through ongoing communication and in person visits - Be the product expert and provide product information as requested for internal trainings You may be required to undertake such further duties as your skills, qualifications and experience allow and/or as may be assigned to you by the Company from time to time We are looking for someone who has: - Solid work experience in a Product Developer role of a similar nature and has worked across multi product - Experience of using PLM systems for development - Experience of working with and managing effectively 3rd party suppliers within Europe and worldwide - Product Development planning - working to a critical path - The ability to work well with multiple stakeholders and departments - Experience managing and attending fit meetings - Experience managing other team members - An ongoing curiosity and passion for best practice in the industry - The ability to manage and prioritise a broad and diverse workload - The ability to work independently and to deadlines - A "can-do" attitude, willing to roll up their sleeves and make a vital contribution to a busy and fast paced team/working environment - Excellent organisation and project management skills, with the ability to multi-task - Experience within high end brands (desirable) - A love of the Belstaff brand We are looking for someone who is: - Personable, self-motivated, calm under pressure with a positive attitude - Flexible and enjoys working in fast moving and changing environment - Excellent attention to details and solution-oriented - Team player - Able to contribute fresh and innovative ideas - Italian spoken and written is desirable - Flexibility to travel Where to from here? As a Supervisor at Belstaff you will spend the majority of your time on the shop floor working with your team to drive sales by offering exemplary customer service to clients. As well as being a role model, you will support team training and development in order to achieve a high level of service across the store, maintain excellent store standards and consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
