    JOB MISSION: We are looking for an experienced Associate Trade Marketing Manager who will be responsible for marketing planning and execution trade marketing activities across out UK Key Accounts Brand Partners. The Associate Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the overall account marketing strategy, liaising with the marketing teams to align and own the product calendars and marketing activations, and ensuring we utilise all opportunities to drive the accounts growth from a trade marketing perspective. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: Account management of key brand partners in alignment to the UK trade marketing strategy with a key focus on strategic key accounts Support sell-in activity through the creation and delivery of account specific pre-line and sell-in presentations, promoting best-in-class buying experiences for our customers Create and present consumer-first, account specific pre-line marketing presentations that influence future buys Highlight gaps, challenges and opportunities from Global/EMEA plans for your accounts Creation and implementation of account marketing plans, leading tactical activity and marketing channels to deliver brand awareness and sell through Understand and consider customer journey, building out cohesive omnichannel plans that align to brand marketing activations and identify where the brand partner plays a vital role 360 campaign management - planning, creative, production & activation. Management of brand partner budget and launch tools ensuring best in class assets and partner servicing whilst consistently looking for efficiencies in spend and resource. Analysis and reporting of campaign successes and key learning including return on investment, rate of sale & sell through. Ability to liaise and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Promote the correct use of New Balance brand guidelines. Provide regular communication on upcoming and live activity along with performance marketplace updates (culture, competitors, innovation etc.) Work with wholesale creative teams, third party agencies and/or internal creative team to develop innovative experiential, instore & online marketing assets. Explore external digital, paid media, social and PR initiatives where required. Supervise, control and monitor the operation of electrical manufacturing equipment and systems; Ensure that manufacturing, operation and maintenance complies with design specifications and contractual arrangements; Organise and establish control systems to monitor the performance and safety of electrical equipment and systems. Communicate maintenance progress updates to your colleagues Maintain accurate records of tasks completed / in progress using the departments CMMS system. Work in a methodical fashion to maintain Food safety standards and traceability of engineering activities. Support Production Technical Operators, guide and improve their TPM activities. Technical CAD Technician Role Location: Omega, Warrington Reporting To: Group Technical Engineering Manager THG - CAD technician are responsible for supporting the effective management and delivery of all projects related technical drawings from a 2D/3D perspective across THG operational sites for the development of capital projects. The Technical CAD Technician will coordinate the collation of information and process the necessary technical drawings and 3D models associated with the Solutions teams requirements. Responsibilities: Create and Update Technical Drawings: Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for a variety of projects, including layouts, schematics, and detailed designs. Modify and revise existing drawings as necessary to reflect design changes or updates. Collaborate with Project Teams. Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and translate them into precise technical drawings. Attend project meetings to gather information, discuss design concepts, and provide input on drawing-related matters. Ensure Accuracy and Compliance. Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards, regulations, and company specifications. Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements. Maintain Drawing Repositories. Organize and maintain a digital repository of all project drawings, ensuring easy access and retrieval by team members. Implement and follow version control processes to track drawing revisions and updates. Support in Design Development: Assist in the development of design concepts by creating preliminary sketches and visualizations. Contribute to the design process by offering technical insights and suggestions based on CAD expertise. Coordinate with External Stakeholders: Interface with external vendors, contractors, and clients to share drawings, clarify design intent, and resolve any drawing-related queries. Assist in Project Documentation: Contribute to the preparation of project documentation, including technical reports, drawing packages, and design manuals. Ensure all drawings are properly documented and archived upon project completion. Requirements HNC/HND or BTEC in a relevant field such as Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or Design. A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a related discipline is desirable but not essential. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D) is essential. Experience with other CAD software, such as SolidWorks, Revit, SketchUp, or MicroStation, is highly beneficial. Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modelling) software and processes is advantageous. Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a CAD technician in an engineering, construction, manufacturing, or architectural environment.
