Candidates for this role must be able to demonstrate proven practice management experience in a high performing commercial environment and has extensive knowledge and experience of CQC management. Key Responsibilities You will be customer facing and you will help drive performance for the practice. You will also be responsible for the daily operational efficiency of the practice; a key part of your role will be developing the team and promoting the benefits of laser surgery to patients. You will have strong management experience within a high-end retail or Optical setting. You will be adept at delivering impressive results through your passion for people and by collaborating closely with members of your team to develop them through performance management. It goes without saying that you will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, be articulate, motivated to achieve and have a willingness to learn and progress within Optical Express.
