Position Overview: We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Manager to join our Supply Chain team here at our Head Office in South Shields. This role will be key to achieve "on time" delivery for product, purchase orders, raise P/O's, plan, monitor, re-prioritise and expedite, ensure the Business System data accurately reflects production plans and delivery schedules, ensure key samples are ordered and delivered on time. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Update WIPS with all new buys placed and ensure Purchase Orders are raised accurately and in a timely manner. Liaise with Tech Teams/QA Teams to highlight priorities & ensure key milestones within the critical path are met. Monitor Purchase Order progress with regular Supplier meetings including Factory visits. Update & Maintain M3 (our Business System) to reflect accurate Purchase Order data Review the POBE to ensure key sales priorities are expedited with Suppliers & freight options are maximised Ensure Purchase Orders are delivered "on time" maximising Customer Order fulfilment. Maintain PO plans to reflect true delivery position including capacity constraints, factory closures, holidays, transportation lead times etc. Manage the Supplier Sample Tabs and delivery SMS/Showroom samples on time. Skills and Experience: Ideally proven experience in garment and general procurement Experience of Production Planning Proven experience of building strong working relationships and influencing key stakeholders in order to drive high performance Ideally experience of dealing with "offshore" suppliers High level of numeracy skills Strong Excel skills with experience of creating formulas and pivot tables Competent level of IT packages: Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills, to build strong relationships internally and externally of the department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To support in planning the range and support in updating the Matrix in line with business objectives. Create commercial branding packs for each range. Support the Product and Development Manager with suppliers and development trips. Maintain accurate specifications for product utilising the PDM system in line with determined critical paths. Support the Design team to ensure accurate/ complete cads are handed over on a timely manner after sketch sign offs. Support with design development proto meetings. Compile information for product handover meetings to costings team. Organise fit sessions as necessary & provide manufacturing sites/teams with relevant quality and fit comments. To provide information on Womenswear products to the Marketing and Ecommerce teams. Skills and Experience: Highly organised. Strong attention to detail. Knowledge of Microsoft Business Packages. Strong communication skills. Proactive and flexible. Working knowledge of Cad. Illustrator/Prezi/Photoshop. In line with Barbour's aim to offer essential training to students wishing to work in the fashion business, this role has been developed so that you can gain experience in how design and development functions and the interaction across the business. This opportunity will be a temporary training contract from January - December 2026. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist and support the Men's Barbour International team through presentations and meetings (whether this is preparation, organising samples or presentation boards etc). Assist designers with research and competitor analysis. Assist designers with mood boards and colour palettes seasonally. To be confident using Adobe illustrator to assist designers with all aspects of range design. Microsoft Office experience required. To produce range overviews boards to a very high standard ensuring they are updated throughout the season. Filing and file management. Help with sample handling - Proto/Launch/Salesman Samples. Assist and be proactive with communications via email and telephone. All work to be accurate. Set up and maintain garment specification documents and keep them updated throughout the season. Strong communication required as you will be working with other departments in the business frequently. Skills and Experience: Highly organised with good time management. As Graphic Designer, you will responsible for the design of seasonal graphics, branding and patterns for Barbour and Barbour International ranges for menswear in line with seasonal briefs and critical path deadlines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the creation of graphics, branding and patterns as part of the Menswear team that align to seasonal briefs and range needs. Collaborate with the product Design team to ensure graphics are aligned to overall collection. Think about the full 360 of graphic products, experiment with proportions, placement and techniques to evolve and push product ranges forward. Research and incorporate market trends that aligned to targeted market and consumer. Work to a seasonal critical path for product launches 4 times a year, as well as in season special projects. To create accurate, detailed artworks for each idea in the appropriate format and size suitable for global manufacture. To support in creating presentation & branding packs to communicate the range direction to Sales and Customers. To work closely with the technical team and manufacturing base, to review strike offs /prototype and selling samples to the required specification, in line with the critical path deadlines. Design innovative and visually appealing packaging that aligns with brand identity and enhances product presentation. Create custom swing tags, labels, and care tags that reflect the brand's tone and style. Develop pin badge that complement clothing collections and strengthen brand recognition. Ensure all designs meet production specifications and quality standards for print and digital formats. Contribute to brand identity development, including logo design and visual guidelines. To undertake any other reasonable activity, as may be required by senior management. Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. Strong understanding of Menswear and what makes a great product (Technique, colour, competitors etc). Strong creative and conceptualizing skills.
