The individual should have a very high level of facial delivery background with at least NVQ level 3 and a very strong understanding of sales background as well as proven experience in skincare beauty industry. Training Upon completion of the onboarding period, you will attend a 6-week training course at the Lush Spa Training Center in Poole, Dorset. This training period will run Monday through Friday and you will learn our core treatments. Travel expenses to and from Poole will be covered by LUSH, as well as travel expenses for 2 weekends of your choice during the training period. Additionally, accommodations in Poole will be provided for the duration of your stay. Training dates will be discussed during the phone interview.
