Job description

To support the expansion of Love Brands, the company is looking to recruit a talented and driven womenswear account manager. Key responsibilities for this role will include: -

•Driving the wholesale business and increasing profitability of accounts in line with the commercial strategy

•Managing and maintaining strong relations and partnerships with retail partners

•Targeting potential accounts and increasing growth opportunities; research and obtain new business

•Partnering with wholesale team to prepare for showroom and tradeshow calendar of events

•Ensure smooth running and presentation of showroom during selling campaign

•Organising and implementing staff training with retail partners

•Producing end of season market reports to share with senior management for future development

•Acting as an Ambassador for the brand in the wholesale sector and any client facing encounter

•Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers

Profile

  • Prior experience in womenswear wholesale sales, ideally with a contemporary brand or agency
  • Proven track record of driving sales within a territory, with excellent industry contacts
  • Fluent level of English
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to prioritise and multi task, working and delivering against deadlines
  • Proactive approach in tackling issues and ability to identify and implement solutions
  • Self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to develop and harness relationships internally and externally
  • Ability to travel and flexibility to work weekends / extra hours during busy selling periods
  • Must have a full UK driving licence

Specific needs

The Womenswear Account Manager position is both a field and showroom based role covering the South of the UK. It is important to note that there will be significant travel and therefore you must be both willing to travel extensively, but also be driven to achieve results and manage your own schedule autonomously.
